How Scores Work

Base Score uses only the six geographic metrics (slope, pop density, impervious, etc.).

Driver Adjustments are optional system-drivers you check in the Drivers panel; each adds to the Base Score.

Co-Benefits

• +2 (“Must Have”): Critical system benefit
• +1 (“Very Suitable”): Strongly beneficial
• 0 (“Neutral”): Neither for nor against
• −1 (“Marginal”): Minor drawbacks
• −2 (“Deal Breaker”): Unsuitable
